1 Validity of membership will be checked against the ECA membership list. The colors of the congress badges will be different for ECA members and non-members and exhibitors. 2 Please attach a proof of status, signed by the head of department to registration Form. If this proof is not received, the full ‘non-member fee will be applicable. 3 Participants wishing to take part in the congress dinner (20/08/2009) have to pay a small administrative fee. If this box is not checked and the 20 € is not calculated in the total registration fee, we will automatically assume that you don't wish to attend the congress dinner and no ticket will be provided in your registration pack. Scientific Sessions are not open to accompanying persons. Daily sightseeing tours will be organized for the accompanying persons. The meeting organizers can not accept liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss of or damage to property belonging to the meeting participants (or their accompanying persons) either during or as a result of the meeting. The satellite meeting registration fee includes;

Please fax a proof of your status, signed by the head of department to the Congress Secretariat (+90 312 491 99 89). If this proof is not received, the full registration fee will be applied CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations should be made by written notification to the Organizing Secretariat. For cancellations until June 1, 2009 50% administrative charge will be applied. For cancellations after June 1, 2009 no refund will be made. Refunds will be paid after the congress. After June 1, 2009 no name changes will be accepted. Any money transfer deduction will be charged upon arrival. METHOD OF REGISTRATION Online registration closed.
