In order not to face any difficulties and to ensure on time delivery of your shipments please pay attention to the very important information below:

1.           Please do not ship any cargo without contacting ExpoLOGIST^® and getting their assistance!

3.           The shipments must be consigned according to the instructions given by ExpoLOGIST^®. Documents (ATA- Carnet, commercial invoice, waybill) should also be prepared according to these instructions. Wrong documentation will cause delays in the customs.

4.           It is very important to make ExpoLOGIST^® handle all shipments arriving to the venue (loading, unloading, handling and storage) to protect each shipment against damages. Therefore, in the venue area there shall only be ExpoLOGIST^® equipments and personnel allowed to provide these services. Third parties cannot be allowed to enter the venue with their own equipments and personnel because of identification of responsibility. But it is possible for the exhibitors to have their own personnel and work during build up and dismantling.

5.           ExpoLOGIST^® will be able to clear goods in the Turkish Customs destinated to “ECM 25, Istanbul 2009” and consigned according to their shipping instructions. If a third party is involved in customs clearance of the shipments and have problems with the Turkish Customs, neither ExpoLOGIST nor Valor Congress Organizations and Organizing Committee will be responsible for the delay in the customs or not cleared shipments.
